Fruit of your Life

Mathew 7:18,19  Galations:22

When I go to my little Neighborhood Fruit and Vegtable store as I walk in I emediately smell the fresh ripe fruits that fill the air.

 I love the smells. It brings back memories of  of the days when my mother took me to the local market. Emediately upon entering, the smells of all the sweet fruits and vegetables piled up high upon tables would overwelm my senses.   On huge tables they were stacked  and on the floors were large  baskets and crates full  of unusual fruits and vegtables from far off places.  I woul imajine I was hidden in those crates and finally reaching my destination would pop out in a strange country or far off Island suprised and intrigued  by all its wonderment  beauty  smells and colors.

Fruits o all kinds  piled so  high with and with so many choices to pick from. I would find myself drifting back from my far off island and back into  to my own neighborhood  asking Mom if I could have a banana.  I  then would noticed how my Mom would check every piece of fruit.  Looking at it smelling it and feeling it. Many times she put it back to find another that was firm without soft spots or bruises.  Some were discolored  and starting to spoil along with others that just werent healthy looking. Her eyes were trained to find just the right ones. 

The Lord teaches us in Mathew 7:18,19 that a good tree cannot bear bad fruit and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit.

Have you ever come to realized what kind of fruit your life is yeilding? Will others taste of your life's fruit and like I have done from time to time and spit it out quickly because of its bitterness. Or will your fruit  be sweet to the taste so that those you know will be reminded of your kindness and love.

 Fruits are alot like people and we don't have to travel to far of places to disscover that some are untouchable and have poor attitudes letting everyone in on their attitude and bad day.  When a piece of fruit is spoiling it spreads turning the other fruits near it bad too. 

How are the fruits of your life?  Are you someone  people desire and want to be near?  Are you pleasant turning negative conversations about others into a positive one.  Do you look for some solution. Finding somthing good to uplift and encourage others being spoken about? Your answer today and always is in the the Lord God.

Prayer
Precious Lord.. let me be known by the wonderfull fruits of your love in my life.  That  others I am with will see, feel, and even enjoyl the fragrance of your tender loving kindness. 
Teach me your ways O'Lord and help me to see the parts of my life that need to be pruned away and disgarded.  I desire to bear the good fruit that your precious" Bible"  "The Word of Life"  speaks  about.

Galatiians 5:22  But when the Holy Spirit controls our lives he will produce this kind of fruit in us; Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness,Goodness, Faithfulness, gentleness, and self control

 Fill me  this day with your Holy Spirit fruits restoring me of all wounded relationships of the past.  Water the thoughts and deeds of my life with your Holy Spirit. Allowing others to taste and feel of your Goodness in my life.

I love you Lord....And I  thank you for doing this continual work in me.
