Love Me, Seek Me

Proverbs 8:17
I love those who love me,
And those who seek me diligently will find me.

When I first became a christian the exitment of all God was to me was overwelming.  It was wonderfull blessing after blessing.  Even today as I think of it I am overwelmed with how much  I am still learning and encountering within my spirit life of this wonderfull christian walk.

I recall meeting a young woman and getting together with her to pray.  She was the first christian I met and prayed with.  Her name was Mary and Jesus was her new found love

What a joy as we worshiped together.  I grew tremendously learning simply to sit in the Lords presence and experience the tender love of God as we prayed in her little apartment. loving to share with each other what The lord was doing in our lives from week to week.

 These times were so  special to us and  the Lord himself would shine His light upon us in special ways as we sought Him in  deeper worship and love each time we met to pray.   Her apartment would become our Holy sanctuary full of peace and the presence of a Holy God wanting to touch our hearts and lives as much as we did His. 

The most important part of our relationship which still stands out so vividly as I think of her is how sweetly transparent her love was.Our weekly prayer times were filled with love laughter and tears of joy of the Lord. .  Breathing in all of Jesus sweet presence we could possibly take in moment to moment while sharing confidences. Thrilled that the Holy Spirt would personaly come to us in that little room filling us with His Amazing presence and love.

These wonderfull times of basking in His presence  Helped me become trusting and relaxed in the Lords presence and eager to let Him use my life  to His Glory in any way He chose.  And this is the way we both prayed often.

Early in my walk in Christ I began asking Him to bring a special friend to grow with in the ways of the Lord.  My sincerest prayer for God was to unite me with someone who was totaly sold out for God!  And she She would be the one God chose.

God's desire is to fill us with His "Joy unspeakable" and He did many times as we met together and with others to pray or study the bible.   This personal answer to my inward prayer  enhanced  my love and trust in Him.   Discovering the Spirit realm to be much more "real" than the natural.

 The Lord of all heaven and earth  desires us to  "Love Him" with all of our heart" And to grow in intimacy with Him so He can be our "ALL"for every and all situations in life.  This is what is refered to as the "inner walk" Some still miss this wonderfull relationship Yet "All are welcome to enter" into His special secret place.

 Psalm 91 speaking of  "Those who dwell in the secret place shall abide in His Almighty shadow.  This kind of love the world knows very little about.  It's up to us to share this truth with them and show them how much He longs for them too.

 He invites us through in Proverbs 8:17

I will  love those who love Me.  And all  those who "Seek Him dilegently"  "Will" truly  be found by Him in the secret place. In answer to your earnest prayers.

Make time daily to Worship and Praise Him with Thanks giving! As you set special times for Him He will surely meet with you.

Preparing your heart by the reading of His word and worshipping will  draw you quickly into His presence.  The Lord continualy searches the world over  
for  "living  Sanctuarys" to abide and dwell in.  He Loves you so much and is waiting for you. Today and every day make a special time for Him and invite Him into "Your life". He has a special friend for you too.  Simply ask and continue to "believe" and God "will" do it.
