Spirit Led Sons and Daughters

Still learning and growing in the Lord I sat there on the floor Indian style as I was used to doing enjoying the Lords wonderful presence but this time I asked forgiveness for not keeping lists as others I knew did.  Am I missing something or forgetting things?  Am I praying with full knowledge of what the Holy Spirit was calling me to accomplish?  Should I be making  make lists too?

That morning long ago as I waited on the Lord over this question the "Holy Spirit" In the most  "beautiful" way cleared the air of all doubt by gently surrounding me with "His Glorious" presence letting me know that I was to follow His leading's and to continue praying for those as I was shown by Him "in the Spirit" as I have always done.

Others may see fit to write every need and circumstance down.  But His desire for me was to hear from "Him" directly.  To be led alone by "His Spirit" just as he had always taught me to do.

Deeper  and deeper as I worshiped and honored Him He would woo me into His" Holy presence" until we became one.  This does not come from duty or works lest any man shall boast. I have always loved His Holy presence and lingering with Him has always taken me into higher realms where many  precious and holy secrets are granted me through His Wonderful!  "HOLY SPIRIT"

Romans8:14 "Those who are "led by the Spirit" of God are  "Sons of God"
We must always to be led by His Spirit.  The Lord alone has always been my teacher.  If I didn't rely on Him to show and lead me where would I then learn?  From man?

This friend was getting into works without realizing it she was making notes to follow rather than spending time in meditation and prayer for the intervention of God through His Holy Spirit for who and how to pray as the Lord himself desired.  and isn't this what King David did?  He was told never to keep track and count the numbers of his kingdom but simply trust the Lord and walk in His sufficiency alone.
We too are on a continual journey being led to become closer and closer to the heart of our creator and to hear His still small voice.  Isn't this the way it should be?  I for one say "yes" to this.  I desire to feel and hear His every whisper and nudge of His Holy Spirit in my life. He is our Shepard and His sheep hear "His voice". John 10:3,27  Those that even begin to do some fasting along with these intimate times will be honored by the Lord for these special sacrifices by being touched in very special ways. There are  times we need to count or make notes but this is not the time. Time spent in the cloud of the Lord is a valuable and precious time to learn and grow in.  The more earnest we are about this the more God will reveal to us.

Numbers 23:19 also tells us "God is not a man that He would lie"  He is "pure and holy".  And "all knowing".  Man is not.  Although many preachers and teachers are helpful good servants they direct us the best they know how.  But  "They are not God"  Gods words alone are truth. He will never Lie to us.
I learned quickly from  "The Holy Spirit"  directly!  And it has been unbelievably rewarding!  Reading the word of God and being led by the Lords wonderful "Holy Spirit"  has proven to me over and over as Paul said in Acts 5:29  We ought to obey God rather than man.  Either we are hungering and thirsting for more of God or we're not.

I learned to drive with an old car that had gear the gear shift on the column.  If I wanted to get to where I was needing to be without being late I learned quickly to move into third gear to bring the car up to full speed.  The same with the things of the Spirit.  My desire has always been to be as close as I can with the Lord and not miss out on anything He had for me.  As little Samuel said "Here I am Lord use me" should be our attitude as well.  If a small child is willing to pay the price for this treasury of Gold and silver to walk in "heavenly places" shouldn't we?  Little Samuel became a prophet to King David     Are you hearing me anyone?  Think of all we are missing when we are to busy or preoccupied with works to  " meditate, worship and spend time in adoration" to our God.   Little Samuel had a pure and willing heart  "Led by Gods Holy spirit" and this still is what the Holy Spirit is searching for today.

There are are anointed men and women who are called to teach and preach but they are only there to lead, help, encourage and guide us to seek the Lord for ourselves. We must never look to them or make them "Idols". Or become man pleasers as I have sadly encountered in the churches of our day.
When the Lord sees our heart is hungering for more of Him He will begin revealing more and more of His "great and mighty" supernatural world to us.  Then when you pray He will show you exactly who and what He wants you to pray for without your lists.

Those who are led by the Spirit of God are Sons of God"  You can begin today entering into a "more intimate" place of prayer.  As you sit contented in His presence your loving worship will take you directly into His welcoming arms.  He loves you and is always there waiting "just for you"   He desires to show you His heart and open it up to you and begin preparing you for even more than what your heart can imagine.   Isn't this much more beautiful and intimate  than just following instructions on a list. Again I say  "YES" and AMEN and hope you do too.

Prayer
Lord take my life and use it to your Glory.
Help me become more sensitive to your Holy Spirit.
Let me be swept away by your radiant presence and love.
Teach me to grow and become as one with you.
Help me to lay aside and eliminate worldly pressures and works and organized religion of our day so as to fix my heart and eyes on you and you alone daily.
My heart  thirsts and hungers for more of you .  Help me become one with your heart as I become more sensitive to be led by your "Holy Spirit" every day.
Amen...
