Stoned for God

Acts 6:6

Stephen a man of God so full of faith and Holy Spirit Power,did spectacular miracles anong the people

For any kind of Christian service the most important prerequisite is to be filled with the Hoy Spirit.  By the work of the Holy Spirit in Hs life Stephen was a good administrater, miracle worker, and evangelist.

Only by the Wonderful power of the Spirit can you accomplish these feats.  And This is exactly what the Lord wants for you in your life.

Just as is today God's message is being preached in ever widening circles. And the number of His deciples are increasing vastly just as in the ancient days of old during the times of Acts in the Holy bible. Not just church goers ( Social Christians)  but real honest died in the wool walking in the Spirit deciples of Christ doing the works of God!. Making a Difference "Today"!

During my meetings anyone who truly desires to be infilled with the power of the Holy Spirit "Will be filled"  The Key word here is "Desire"

When I became a Born again Christian everything I learned of from the bible I emediately "Desired" to have it in my life "with all my heart"and I reached out to those with God living "Big"inside of them to lay hands on me to recieve so that I would be filled with all God desired for me to have. God so wonderfuly blessed my hunger and thirst by filling me up to overflowing with all I knew to recieve from Him.

Today ther are those who say they are Christians that have just joined large or somtimes small social Clubs under the name of church. But not walking in the Power of the Holy Spirit.  This makes the difference.  This is why the second chapter of Acts is so vitaly important to those " Desiring" to walk as Jesus did.  What happened in the upper room is as important today as in those ancient days.  like Stephen and all the rest of Jesus deciples we too must be out there making a difference or "what is it all about"?  Are you too in one of those cooshy Christian social clubs? Are you learning about the deeper things of God?

There was work to be done in those days as there is today and many gave their lives to do it. Stephen was stoned Standing up for to those who hated Jesus and His followers..

What will you do when someone asks you to pray for them?
What will you do when someone asks you what you believe and why?
What will you do if  you are attacted "persecuted" for your Christianity will you stand up for Christ and what He has done for you in your life?

I have said " yes"  to all the above and have been tested many times.
Be Fully filled with all the power of God as in the 2 chapter of Acts and get into a Good Full Gospel teaching Church so you can grow to your fullest potential for the Lords Kingdome. Anything else is just old empty Traditions or  Social clubs of our day.

Who will go! Who will be sent! Who will "Desire" to walk in His Power and be counted as one of " His"  as they did in the days of old.
 I pray You will  "Desire"  like Stephen to make a difference for God!  You may never be stoned but will you stand up for Jesus as so so many did and are still doing for the Kingdom of God today!
